Why should I attend National Conference?
This semester, SWE will be having their annual Conference, WE24, in Chicago, Illnois! This takes place on October 24-26th and is the world's largest conference and career fair for women!

- Attending conferences gives you opportunities to grow as a local and national SWE member
- There are so many chances to network and show off all the hard work you have done
- You will meet so many people, both professional and new friendships!
- This is not only a professional development event, but a time to let loose and have some fun!
How can I qualify for the UNT SWE funding?
!In order to stay in a UNT SWE hotel room, you need to qualify. The guidelines for qualification are:
First, you need to register for and pay for the WE24 Conference.
Fill out the application on CampusLabs: CLOSED!
Once you have done both of these items, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that you have been selected for a spot in UNT SWE housing.
Note: If you do not plan on staying with us or all the SWE rooms are filled up, you will need to find a hotel to stay in. SWE is not responsible to provide housing- space is limited and not guaranteed!
- You are a member of UNT Society of Women Engineers through CampusLabs
- As a representative of UNT and our chapter, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and professionally
- You agree to write a short essay about your time at conference
- You agree to have fun and meet new people.
